Paddling Conditions
Paddling conditions on Berry's Pond at Tygerberry Landing are always excellent but a permit to be on the reservoir is required by SJWD. You can get a permit for only $5 at the SJWD Administrative Office at:
Startex, Jackson, Wellford, Duncan Water District
307 Spartanburg Highway
Wellford, SC 29385
Business Hours:
Monday - Thursday
8:00AM - 5:00PM
Friday
8:00AM-11:00AM
It is not currently recommended to use Beech Springs Landing as a put-in due to the impassable log-jams downstream.
We welcome guests to the sites that are open to the public from dawn to dusk.
When leaving our properties, take home a refreshed attitude and leave only your stresses behind.
