Tygerberry Landing on the South Tyger River at Berry’s Pond in Duncan is a formal agreement of the Tyger River Foundation with SJWD Water District and Spartanburg County Parks Department. The Foundation has an easement from SJWD Water District to develop and manage the property and to secure necessary funding. The Spartanburg County Parks Department provides maintenance assistance for the property.

This popular property has a number of picnic benches, a short trail with exercise station and benches for relaxation and fishing.

The Landing features an ADA Dock which was funded by a Duke Energy Foundation grant.  It's a great location for those with limited mobility to enjoy paddling in Berry's Pond.

The Landing is great for birding with a variety of song-birds and waterfowl.
