The Tyger River Foundation is hosting a Tool Drive for three Saturdays in March. It is an effort to gather necessary tools for property maintenance of the 450 acres and 5 miles of stream edge held in the South Carolina Upstate. We host volunteer events and sometimes have more helping hands than tools. Your donations will ensure our volunteers have an enriching experience and will help our mission move forward.
Donors can visit a drop-off site on the below listed Saturday mornings (one day per site).
Tools donated must be of the kind related to landscaping and property management. We have plenty of shop tools. We’re looking for wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels, pitchforks, etc. These tools and small engine tools (chainsaws, string trimmers, etc.) must be in good working order.
Donors will receive a 10% Off coupon for use at Bullis Hardware at Blackstock and Hwy 29 or Coleman Farm Supply in Woodruff. For more about the drop off sites, check out our website pages on each location:
